These Keto Cheese Chips are one of the best low carb snacks and are a piece of cake to make. They can be made plain or in several different varieties, there is a flavor for everyone!
– Cheddar Cheese
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Take your block of cheddar cheese and shred it using a box grater.
Line a baking tray with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
Using a measuring spoon, add a ½ tablespoon of the shredded cheddar cheese to the baking tray. Lightly pat down the circle with your fingers or the palm of your hand.
Repeat 11 more times, leaving a space in between each circle. Keep in mind, my tray fits 12 but yours might fit less. Don’t overcrowd them.
