Soften cream cheese and butter to room temperature which will be easier to mix.

Add all of your ingredients to a large mixing bowl, in no special order.

Use an electric mixer and blend everything together for about 1-2 minutes, until it reaches a smooth and creamy texture.

In order to make this mixture into round fat bombs, I find the best tool to use is a scoop, either a 1” or 2” scoop is best depending on the size that you want them to be.

Just take a scoop of the cheesecake mixture and place it one at a time in a mini muffin pan.
