In a large mixing bowl, beat the Monk fruit and the Butter with an electric mixer. Then add the Egg and the Vanilla. Blend together with the mixer.

In a smaller bowl combine Almond Flour and Spices.

Add flour mixture to the butter mixture.

Next, add the Molasses and beat everything together.

Get 2 pieces of parchment paper and roll out your dough in between the 2 pieces of paper to desired thickness.
