Juicy Pork  Shoulder

- Whole pork shoulder - Salt - Black pepper

The first step is to place the pork shoulder on a large cutting board or baking sheet.

Next, season all sides with salt and pepper. Make sure to cover all sides well and the more seasonings you put on it, the more flavor it will have.

Get your baking pan and stick a baking rack in it and place the meat on top with the fat cap on the top.

Now it’s time to preheat the oven to 325-350 degrees. When the temperature is reached, stick the pork into the oven.
