Blueberry Muffins Recipe

Keto Blueberry Muffins with almond flour are perfect to eat for breakfast or as a snack especially when you are looking for a gluten-free, low carb treat that’s yummy and guilt-free!

Ingredients

- Almond Flour - Coconut  Flour - Baking Powder - Salt - Cinnamon - Powdered Swerve - Vanilla - Eggs - Coconut Oil - Blueberries

In a medium-size bowl add your almond flour and coconut flour, stir together. Add baking powder, salt, and cinnamon and blend them all together.

In another bowl crack your eggs, add the coconut oil, and pour in the vanilla. Beat them with a whisk until blended well. Next, add the swerve sweetener and mix it with the eggs.

Then add the flour mixture to the egg mixture and use your whisk to blend all of the ingredients.

Fold in half of the blueberries.
