Crispy Keto Onion Rings

This is a recipe for the perfect, crispy Keto Onion Rings, a low carb version of one of the best appetizers! Easy to make, delicious to eat and crunchy like the real thing.

Ingredients

- Onions - Eggs - Almond Flour - Parmesan Cheese - Coconut Flour - Salt - Pepper - Parsley - Paprika - Light Olive Oil

In a bowl put your almond flour, coconut flour, spices, and parmesan cheese. Blend all together until well mixed.

Next, beat your eggs in a bowl.

Dip the onions in egg, then the flour mixture once. Make sure the onion rings are well coated in both as this will help give you a thick batter that doesn’t fall off.

Then repeat this step and dip each onion ring in the egg and flour mixture again. The double coating will help the breading to stay connected to your onions.

Preheat your oil to 285 degrees Fahrenheit. When it’s hot enough, gently lower your onions into the oil.
