Crispy Keto Fried Zucchini

Making Fried Zucchini is so easy and very delicious. It’s even crispy like the real thing! Perfect for eating alone or dip it in your favorite homemade or store-bought tomato sauce.

- Zucchini - Eggs - Almond Flour - Pork Rinds - Parmesan Cheese - Salt - Pepper - Garlic Powder - Italian Seasoning - Marinara sauce for dipping - Olive Oil

The first thing to do is to rinse off your zucchini & dry it off with a paper towel. Get a large cutting board & a knife & slice your zucchini in the shape & thickness that you would like to.

Put your pork rinds in a food processor and grind up in preparation for mixing with flour mixture.

Next thing is to beat your eggs so that you can get it ready for dipping your zucchini.

Now it’s time to coat your zucchini. Dip the slices in the eggs and coat them well.

Next, dip them in the almond flour, cheese, pork rinds and spices mixture. and flour mixture.
