- Almond flour - Eggs - Olive oil - Canned pumpkin - Baking powder - Pumpkin pie spice

In a large bowl add the eggs, pumpkin, and olive oil. Using a hand mixer or stand mixer combine all the ingredients until smooth. Then set aside.

In another bowl combine all the dry ingredients: almond flour, sweetener, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and pumpkin pie spice.

Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, continue mixing until it is completely combined and smooth.

Line the baking pan with parchment paper. This keeps the pumpkin from sticking to the pan.
