Ingredients

– Almond flour – Egg – Salt – Melted butter – Granulated monk fruit

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

Combine all the shortbread crust ingredients in a small bowl. Using a spoon, mix all the ingredients together.

Place the crust into the pan and press down. DO NOT POKE HOLES INTO THE CRUST. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until slightly golden.

Zest and juice the lemons and set aside.
