- Pumpkin Seeds - Olive Oil - Salt - Black Pepper - Italian Seasoning - Garlic Powder - Paprika

Place the pumpkin on a large sturdy cutting board.

Take a sharp knife and cut off the top of the pumpkin.

Take a big spoon and start scooping out the pulp and the seeds. Continue to scoop out the rest with your hand.

Next we need to clean the seeds. Place them in a bowl of warm water and watch the pulp separate from the seeds right before your eyes.
