This easy and cheesy Keto creamed spinach is going to be the perfect low carb side dish for your next dinner. With only a few ingredients and less than 20 minutes to make, it’s so creamy and delicious.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb fresh spinach leaves (10 cups)
  • 2 oz cream cheese
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp butter (divided)
  • 2 cloves chopped garlic
  • ¼ cup chopped onion
  • salt and pepper to taste

  • You can use frozen spinach instead of fresh
  • Creamed spinach can be made 1-2 days ahead of time
  • To reheat, place in microwave or in a frying pan on low heat
  • Store leftover spinach in a container for 3-4 days
  • To cook creamed spinach using a crockpot, add all ingredients and cook on low for 3-5 hours or on high for 1-3 hours
