Description

These Garlic Parmesan Wings are the perfect party appetizer or even a great dinner. Cooked in the Instant Pot, full of garlic and parmesan flavor, crispy on the outside and overall a super yummy recipe.

Low carb and completely gluten-free, I promise you can’t eat just one!


Ingredients

  • 28 wings (about a 4lb package) 
  • 2 tsp salt + 1 tsp salt 
  • 2 tsp pepper + 1 tsp pepper 
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 cup water
  • 3 tbsp melted butter
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp minced garlic
  • 3 tbsp dried parsley
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese

  • 0.6 NET CARBS PER WING
  • Grating fresh cheese is the best option, but pre-grated is ok if that’s all you have
  • For easy cleanup, place parchment paper on your baking sheet
  • Using a wire rack on top of the parchment paper will help the chicken cook on both sides
  • Coating chicken wings in baking powder will help to make crispy wings but only cook in the oven, not the instant pot.
