You need to try this amazing Sugar-Free Keto Hot Chocolate. Enjoy one of the best winter treats, but without the carbs. An excellent choice for anyone on a Keto or Low Carb diet plan. Plus if you are like me, a low carb whipped cream on top is even better!
Ingredients
- 1 cup Almond Milk
- ½ cup Heavy Cream
- 2 ½ Tbsp Powdered Swerve
- ½ tsp Vanilla
- 4 tsp Cocoa Powder
Instructions
- In a saucepan place all of the above ingredients.
- Use the whisk. Keep on stirring the entire time.
- Heat over medium until steaming.
- Pour into your cup or mug.
- Top it off with sugar-free whipped cream.

When you are making your hot chocolate on the stove, just heat it up until it steams. Do Not let it boil or you will cause it to overcook and possibly burn.
It’s also important to stir the entire time so it doesn’t burn or stick to the bottom of the pan.
For a dairy-free option, replace the heavy cream with coconut milk in a can.
To make your hot chocolate creamier, use a little xanthan gum, or chia seeds, or arrowroot. A little goes a long way.
