Cheesy Keto Broccoli Casserole

This Keto Broccoli Casserole Recipe is the perfect combination of creamy and savory, and all kinds of delicious! It’s made with fresh broccoli, cheddar cheese, and seasoned just right.

Ingredients

- Broccoli - Cream cheese - Salt - Paprika - Black pepper - Garlic powder - Mayo - Sour cream - Cheddar cheese

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.  Rinse the broccoli and pat dry. Cut the broccoli into bite-sized pieces. Put the cut broccoli into a bowl and set aside.

Fill a large stockpot with water and bring to a boil. Once the water has begun to boil, add the broccoli and cook for 2-3 minutes. Drain the broccoli and set aside.

In a small bowl add the softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Stir together.

Pour the creamy mixture over the blanched broccoli. Add in 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese, and gently stir all the ingredients together.

Transfer the broccoli into your casserole dish. Sprinkle the remaining ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese.  Bake for 15 minutes.
