Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Start off by roasting your garlic. Take 1 head of garlic and cut the top off. Place the head of garlic on a piece of foil.
Drizzle with olive oil, then wrap it into foil so no air slips out. Roast for at least 30 minutes. You’ll know it’s done when garlic is soft and it will easily come out with a butter knife.
