Crispy and Delicious Keto Chicken Parmesan

Ingredients

- Chicken breasts - Eggs - Almond flour - Parmesan cheese - Salt - Pepper - Italian seasoning - Mozzarella cheese - Tomato sauce - Olive oil

Get 2 bowls and in one of them, place 2 eggs and whisk thoroughly.

In the other bowl place the almond flour, parmesan cheese, and the spices. Stir them together.

Start by dipping each piece of chicken into the egg wash, then transfer to the almond flour.

Once each piece has been coated move them over to a tray while you finish coating all the rest.
