Crispy Keto Fried Chicken Recipe

Low Carb fried chicken is a good choice for anyone on a Keto diet. It’s very low in carbs and there is almost no recipe that you can’t eat on a keto diet as long as you make it the Keto way.

Ingredients

- Chicken - Almond Flour - Eggs - Salt - Pepper - Garlic Powder - Parsley - Lard

The first thing to do is to rinse your chicken in cold water. Pat dry. Make your egg mixture by beating the eggs with a fork in a bowl.

Next, put your almond flour in a bowl and add the spices, salt, pepper, garlic powder, parsley. Now dip your chicken pieces in the egg and then the almond flour.

For extra coating, repeat this process again with egg and then flour. Now set aside on a dish.

When all of the chicken is coated, get ready to fry it, by placing the chicken in hot olive oil or melted lard or whatever other oil that you choose to use and fry until golden brown.

Cook the chicken until golden brown on all sides, about 10-12 minutes making sure that the internal temperature is around 170 degrees.

Remove and place on paper towels to absorb the grease.
