Delicious Keto  Lemon Bars

Made with a buttery almond flour crust, then topped with delicious lemon curd, these easy and healthy sugar-free lemon bars are going to be a hit in your household.

Ingredients

– Almond flour – Egg – Salt – Melted butter – Granulated monk fruit

Let’s start by making our shortbread crust. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

In a small bowl combine 1 ½ cups of almond flour, 1 egg, ¼ cup melted butter, ¼ cup monk fruit, and ¼ tsp of salt.

Line your glass baking dish with parchment paper. Transfer the dough to the pan and press down evenly into the pan.

Bake for 10-15 minutes or until slightly golden.
