The first thing you need to do is to prepare your filling. Once you decide which type of meat to use, get a large frypan, and add your meat to it and start to cook it up.

Once the meat is cooked thoroughly then add the onions and stir in.

As they start to saute then add the salt, pepper, garlic, parsley and any other spices and mix them in.

The next thing is to add the tomato sauce and blend it in.

If you are going to use the grated parmesan, now would be a good time to add it to the filling and stir it in.
