Easy Crispy Keto Cheese Taco Shells

These crispy cheesy shells are less than 1 net carb each and are the perfect shape so you can still enjoy your taco nights without all the added carbs!

Ingredients

– Shredded cheddar cheese

You need to shred your cheddar cheese. If you prefer you can use pre-shredded cheese which works just as well.

Using ¼ cup scoop out the shredded cheese and place them in circles on the baking tray.

Bake in the oven for 8 minutes or until the cheese is completely melted and the edges are starting to brown up.

Once the timer goes off grab the tray out of the oven. Let cool for a few seconds, but don’t let it sit for more than that.
