Prepare all ingredients.

In a food processor or blender puree tomatoes. Then pour into a medium-sized bowl. Drain any extra liquid, you only need a little.

Now place cilantro, onions, and jalapeno into the food processor and chop until it’s a fine consistency. Add mixture to the bowl of tomatoes and stir until well combined.

Stir in your salt and add fresh lime juice. Serve with any low carb crackers or chips and Enjoy! 

You can also add fresh garlic if you like that taste. It certainly goes well with the other ingredients.
