How to Cook Spaghetti Squash

Ingredients

– Spaghetti squash – Olive oil – Salt and Pepper

Wash your squash and then place your squash in the baking dish.

Use a fork or paring knife to poke a bunch of pierce marks in the squash to allow the steam to escape so that it won’t explode in the oven.

Bake the whole squash, (3-3.5 pounds) at 375 – 400 degrees for about an hour, depending on the size of your squash.

When it is cool enough to touch then you can cut it in half either lengthwise or crosswise depending on how you want your strands to come out.
