How to Make  Cauliflower Rice Recipe

This is an easy recipe showing how to make and cook cauliflower rice. This versatile veggie is a great low carb substitute for rice, and can be added to many delicious foods and recipes.

– Cauliflower – Olive oil or Avocado oil – Salt – Black Pepper

Take your pieces and grate them on the medium or large holes of the grater to get pieces the size of rice kernels.

Grate until all of the cauliflower is done and place it into a pan in preparation for cooking.
