Instant Pot Pork Roast

Ingredients

Mix all of your spices together in a small bowl.

Rub the mixture all over the entire pork roast. Set aside while preparing the vegetables.

Wash, cut and slice the vegetables. After that put the veggies aside in a bowl.

Heat the pot by pressing the sauté button. Add the olive oil to the pot. Once the oil is hot then add the meat and sear on all sides, the remove.
