Keto Almond Flour Waffles

Keto Waffles are just like eating traditional waffles, without all of the carbs that make them impossible to eat when you are on a keto/low carb diet.

Ingredients

- Almond flour - Coconut flour - Eggs - Monk fruit - Baking powder - Salt - Melted butter - Unsweetened almond milk - Vanilla

The first step is to get a large bowl. Add the dry ingredients to the bowl, starting with the almond flour and coconut flour.

Next add the monk fruit, baking powder, and salt. Blend everything together. Take the eggs & separate them by placing the whites in one small bowl and the yolks in another.

Take the eggs and separate them by placing the whites in one small bowl and the yolks in another. Melt the butter in the microwave for about 30 seconds.

Add the almond milk, egg yolks, melted butter, and vanilla to the flour mixture. Blend together with an electric mixer until all ingredients are mixed together well.

Now with the mixer and with clean beaters, mix the egg whites until they form soft peaks.
