The first step is to get a small bowl and add the heavy cream and then add the lemon juice to the heavy cream. Stir and let sit for 5 minutes.

Next, add the egg to the cream and beat it together with a whisk.

Then add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, one at a time.

The next step is to grate the frozen butter with a box grater.

With a spoon or even your hands mix the butter into the dough, but do not overmix. You will see lumps of butter in the dough but that is normal.
