Easy Keto Peanut Butter Buckeyes Recipe

Are you ready for an easy no-bake treat with just a few ingredients? If so, these keto peanut butter buckeyes are perfect for you. Only 2.8 net carbs per buckeye, makes them a great low carb snack.

– almond flour – powdered swerve – dark chocolate chips – refined coconut oil – creamy natural peanut butter

In a medium-size bowl add the natural creamy peanut butter, almond flour and powdered swerve.

Using a spoon mix the 3 ingredients well. You might find it easier to mix together with your hands.

Shape a scoop of peanut butter into a 1” or slightly larger balls.

Place the peanut butter balls on a cookie sheet that’s lined with parchment paper. Put the cookie sheet in the freezer for 30-45 minutes.

In a small bowl add ½ cup chocolate chips and 1 tbsp of refined coconut oil. Melt in the microwave for 30-second increments.
