Once you have decided on the chaffle recipe that you are going to make, cooking them is a breeze. Start by measuring out your ingredients and blend them together in a bowl.

You need to mix together the cheese, egg and almond flour, along with psyllium husk powder and baking powder. Stir well until everything is blended.

Next heat up your waffle maker. There is just one temperature. Just plug it in and it starts heating up.

When it is preheated, place enough mixture in the waffle maker to spread out evenly but just enough so that when you put the lid down it stays inside and doesn’t spill out over the edges.

Cook for about 3 minutes, until the chaffles are golden and lightly crispy, which is the perfect consistency.
