Keto Chia Seed Pudding

This is a recipe for Keto Chia Pudding made from chia seeds.  It is so easy to make and it is made using only 5 ingredients to put together to make this delicious treat.

Set up your blender or Vitamix.

Melt your coconut oil in the microwave, for about 45 seconds.

Add the almond milk, sweetener and vanilla to the blender. Blend for 30 seconds.

Now add the coconut oil and blend for another 30 seconds while the blender is running so that it does not clump up.

Add the chia seeds and pulse for 30 seconds. Let it sit for 5 minutes and then pulse again. Now repeat this process 2-4 times until the pudding thickens up.
