Keto Coffee Creamer

With just 5 ingredients and less than 1 net carb per serving, our keto creamer is super easy and a must-have in your fridge.

Ingredients

- Heavy cream   - Unsweetened almond milk - Water - Granulated monk fruit

In a small saucepan add the sweetener and the water, then stir together.

Place the saucepan on the stove and set it to medium-low heat, constantly stirring. Do not bring to a boil. Let simmer until the sweetener is completely dissolved.

Remove from the heat. Add the heavy cream, unsweetened almond milk, and vanilla. Whisk until it’s all combined.

Let the creamer cool to room temperature.

Pour the creamer into a mason jar or any other container with a lid.  Store in the fridge for 7 days.
