Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Now mix the eggs with a fork or whisk until well mixed.

Next add the almond flour, almond milk, scallions, and spices in no special order to the eggs and blend well.

Now take the egg mixture and pour it over the ground beef and mix it all together.

Now you are ready to form the meatballs. Using a 2” scoop, pull up your first meatball and place it on the cookie sheet. Space them evenly apart.

Bake them for about 10-15 minutes, but the key is not to overcook them.
