In a microwave-safe bowl, add 1 ½ cup of low moisture shredded mozzarella cheese and microwave for 60-90 seconds. Be sure to stir the cheese every 30 seconds.

Add the almond flour, baking powder, xanthan gum, spices, and egg to the melted cheese. Mix the dough together until fully combined.

Place the keto pizza dough in between 2 pieces of parchment paper. Using a rolling pin, roll the dough out into a circle or rectangle.

Gently roll the edges of the pizza creating a nice rolled crust.

Using a fork poke holes all over the keto pizza crust.
