Baked Pork Tenderloin

Pork tenderloin is a very lean and delicious cut of meat and is so easy to make.

After you have removed the silverskin from the tenderloin, you are ready to season it. Generously season all sides of the meat with salt, pepper, and onion powder.

Add the pork to the frying pan, or dutch oven and sear on both sides for 2-3 minutes on each side.

Move the dutch oven into the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes or until the pork reaches 145 degrees on the thermometer.

While the pork is resting, in a saucepan on the stove, whisk together garlic, butter, and parsley.

Pour the garlic butter sauce over the pork. Slice into desired thickness slices and serve.
