Roasted Cauliflower Recipe

Roasted cauliflower is just like it sounds, fresh cauliflower that is roasted in the oven. If you like cauliflower already, then you will love it even more after roasting it in the oven.

Ingredients

- Cauliflower - Olive oil - Salt - Garlic powder - Onion powder - Black pepper

Cut the cauliflower florets, trying to cut them the same size if possible so that they will cook evenly.

In a large bowl, add the salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and olive oil and combine all of the ingredients well.

Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss all together.

Next, get your baking sheet out. Transfer the cauliflower to the baking sheet, and spread out evenly so that all of the pieces will cook the same.

Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cauliflower is tender but also crispy and caramelized.
