In a large frying pan add butter and turn on to medium-high heat.

Once melted add the heavy cream, powdered swerve, and vanilla.

Using a whisk, combine all ingredients. Bring the mixture to a boil.

After the mixture starts to boil, turn down to a simmer while stirring every few minutes.
