Sugar-Free Keto Marshmallows

These marshmallows are easy to make and I’m happy to say that these little pillows of sweetness can be made using a sugar substitute and still come out tasting like the real thing!

Ingredients

- Water - Unflavored, powdered gelatin - Vanilla - Allulose - Salt

Get an 8 x 8-inch glass pan and line it with a piece of parchment paper. Pour ½ cup warm water into a large bowl and add the gelatin. Stir well with a whisk and then set aside.

Add the other ½ cup of water to a saucepan along with the Allulose, and salt, then heat over a medium heat stove burner until hot but not boiling, stirring frequently.

When you remove it from the stove, stir in the vanilla. Now pour the mixture into the bowl with the gelatin.

 The next step is to use your mixer, starting on low and working your way to high speed, which will probably take about 15 minutes total.

The volume will double in size as it whips up and will turn to a fluffy white color with stiff white peaks.
