For starters place the fruit in either a Ziploc bag or container and put in the freezer. They only need a couple of hours in the freezer until they are ready.

Grab your blender and add the fruit, almond milk, protein powder, and the coconut oil.  It doesn’t matter the order you add them, so just throw them all in!

Place the lid on the blender, turn on and blend until smooth.

Pour into the cup of your choice and drink up!
