The Best Shrimp Salad 

This shrimp salad recipe is perfect for lunch or dinner, especially in the summer when you want something light and easy without turning on the stove or oven.

Ingredients

– Shrimp  – Cucumbers – Scallions – Lemon Juice – Mayo

The first thing to do is to gather all of your ingredients. Measure out the spices and chop all of your veggies, and place them in bowls.

If your shrimp need cooking, fill a pot ½ way up with water and add 1 tsp of salt. Bring to a boil.

Add the shrimp. Bring the water back to a boil. When the shrimp turn pink, they are done.

Dump them into a colander and drain well.
