First you need to Hard-Boil your eggs. Place them in a pot of boiling water for about 10 minutes until they are done. Drain off the hot water, fill with cold water and immediately crack.
When the eggs are completely cooled off then you can cut them in half, lengthwise and lay them out on a plate or platter. So now instead of 6 eggs, they have turned into 12.
The next step is to carefully scoop out the yolks and place the yolk into a small bowl. Then add the mayo and the salt and pepper and any other ingredients of your choice.
Mix together all of your ingredients. Make sure that it comes out creamy so that your eggs are not dry. If you think it’s too dry then add a little more mayonnaise to make it creamier.
