Put the eggs into a bowl, whisk them. Now add all the other ingredients, in no special order. Whisk until the batter is blended thoroughly and smooth.
Allow them to cook for 4-5 minutes until bubbles start to form in the middle of the pancake. Remove the silicone mold, flip the pancakes and cook them on the other side which will take 2-3 minutes.
Once the air bubbles start to form, that’s how you know when to flip them. Then once you flip them they usually take about half the time for the 2nd half as they did for the first side.
