- Ground beef - Scallions - Almond flour - Almond milk - Garlic - Eggs - Parsley - Salt - Pepper - Italian seasoning

Preheat your oven to 375 degrees. Get 2 cookie sheets out and line them with parchment paper. Also get out 2 bowls. Add the eggs to one bowl and mix them with a whisk.

Next add your flour, almond milk, scallions, garlic and spices and whisk together.

Now take the egg mixture and add it to the meat. Just blend it but do not overmix it or else you will end up with tough meatballs.

Form your meatballs with a 2” scoop so that they will be uniform in size on the cookie sheet. Gently roll them into a round shape. Space them evenly apart.

Bake them for about 10-15 minutes, and do not overcook them so that they do not dry out. When you take them out of the oven let the meatballs rest for 5 minutes before serving.
