  • ⅓ cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ⅛ tsp cayenne pepper
  • 10 slices bacon 
  • ⅓ cup chopped fresh chives
