Description

You’re going to love this creamy sugar-free condensed milk recipe which is Keto, gluten-free and so easy to make!  Just try not to pour it all over everything!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups heavy cream 
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • ⅓ cup Powdered Swerve

Instructions

  1. In a large frying pan add butter and turn on to medium-high heat. 
  2. Once melted add the heavy cream, powdered swerve, and vanilla.
  3. Using a whisk, combine all ingredients. Bring the mixture to a boil.
  4. After the mixture starts to boil, turn down to a simmer while stirring every few minutes. 
  5. Cook for about 30 minutes or until it has reached the desired thickness. 

Notes

  • 1.7 NET CARBS per serving
  • As the condensed milk cools, it will thicken more
  • For a dairy-free option, replace the heavy cream with full-fat coconut milk, and omit the butter, or use a dairy-free butter substitute 
  • Use a large shallow frying pan to ensure a quicker cooking process
  • To make it a bit thicker, use ¼-½ tsp of Xanthan Gum (optional)
