Ingredients Needed:

Mix the Batter

In the blender, add the eggs, almond flour, vanilla, baking powder, sugar-free maple syrup, and almond milk.  Turn the blender on and let run until completely mixed.

Melt Coconut Oil

Turn the griddle to 350 degrees, and add 1 tbsp coconut oil.

Pour the Batter

Pour the batter onto the griddle or in a pancake mold.

When the pancakes are ready, flip and leave until golden brown.

Enjoy!
