Avocado Salsa Recipe

This is the best Avocado Salsa recipe and it’s easy to make and perfect to serve with your favorite Low Carb cracker or chip or on top of meat or fish.

Ingredients

- Red onion - Tomatoes - Red, orange or yellow peppers - Jalapeno peppers - Cilantro - Avocados - Lime juice - Salt

Chop by hand the onions, peppers, tomatoes, and cilantro. Mix together the chopped ingredients in a large bowl.

Chop avocados. Then add your chopped avocados and salt. Mix together with your pepper mixture, being careful not to overmix the avocados.

Then squeeze a little lime juice over the top and lightly mix.
