- Mozzarella cheese - Cream cheese - Egg - Almond flour - Italian seasoning - Whole milk mozzarella cheese - Thin-sliced pepperoni

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.

In a microwave-safe bowl, add 1 ½ cup of low moisture shredded mozzarella cheese, and cream cheese then microwave for 60-90 seconds.
