Keto Chicken Salad is an all-time favorite and a classic salad. It’s quick and easy and most importantly it tastes amazing!
– Chicken – Mayo – Red Onion
In a small bowl combine mayo, mustard, salt, pepper, red onion, and celery. Stir until well combined. Then place in the fridge until the chicken is ready.
Place the chicken in a pot and fill with water, add a little bit of salt to the water. Turn the stove on medium-high heat and bring to boil. Let simmer for about 10-14 minutes.
Drain the chicken in a colander and let cool. To make it easier to cut, place the chicken in the fridge after it has reached room temperature.
After it has fully cooled off, dice the chicken and put it into a larger bowl.
Now add the creamy mixture to the diced chicken and stir until well combined.
