Homemade Low Carb Keto Ice Cream

This keto vanilla ice cream is perfect for your low carb diet! You won’t believe how easy it is to make your very own low carb and sugar-free dessert right at home.

Ingredients

- Egg yolks - Powdered swerve - Allulose sweetener - Heavy whipping cream - Vanilla - Salt - Xanthan gum

The first step is to place the freezer bowl into the freezer for 24 hours. This needs to be done the day before you intend to prepare it.

In a medium saucepan add the cream and turn the heat on low. You want the cream to steam, but do NOT allow it to boil.

As soon as the cream is steaming add in the powdered swerve and the allulose. Whisk together, and remove from the burner. Let it sit for 10 minutes.

In a small bowl, whisk the egg yolks, vanilla, and salt.

Slowly pour the egg mixture to the saucepan with the cream and whisk together. Place the saucepan back on the stove and allow the mixture to steam, do NOT boil.
