How to Make
Mix the Pasta Dough

In a bowl, mix the melted mozzarella cheese and eggs until blended well.
Flatten the Dough

Using a rolling pin, roll out the dough until it is about ⅛ inch thick.
Cut the Pasta

Using a pizza slicer cut the pasta dough into long strips. Place on a tray when finished.
Chill in the Refrigerator

Refrigerate the keto pasta strips on the paper for at least 6 hours, but overnight is ok too.
Don't use the whole egg, only the yolk.
Only cook the pasta for 30 seconds.
Refrigerate the pasta noodles for a min of 6 hours
Use parchment paper to roll the dough.
