Keto Cheesecake Fat Bombs

This is a recipe for keto cheesecake fat bombs, a very easy and simple treat to make with just a handful of ingredients, and takes only a few minutes to prepare.

Ingredients

- Cream cheese - Butter - Heavy cream - Vanilla - Powdered Swerve - Sour cream

Soften cream cheese and butter to room temperature which will be easier to mix. Add all of your ingredients to a large mixing bowl, in no special order.

Use an electric mixer and blend everything together for about 1-2 minutes, until it reaches a smooth and creamy texture.

Take a scoop of the cheesecake mixture and place it one at a time in a mini muffin pan. If you want to add chocolate chips or blueberries, now is the time.

The last step is to chill the fat bombs. You can chill them in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours or in the freezer for 1 hour.
